Terms of service

The gateway allows payments to Taxicosta by manually entering the concept, reference and amount agreed with the company.

Payment process

When pressing the payment button, the customer will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter card details in a secure environment. The transaction will only be considered received when Stripe confirms the payment.

Amounts and references

The customer is responsible for entering the correct amount and a recognizable reference when available. If you notice an error, contact Taxicosta as soon as possible.

Refund policy

Once the payment has been made and confirmed, it will be final and non-refundable. Before confirming the transaction, the customer must verify that the amount and the details entered are correct. In the event of incidents or errors attributable to Taxicosta, the company will review each case individually to determine the appropriate solution.

Security

The website does not request or store card details. Payments are verified through a signed Stripe webhook and only the minimum necessary transaction information is stored.
